Find A Band Agents Terms of Use

In black and white, just incase anyone tries to get sharp ... hopefully not though!!

Please read these Terms carefully before using becoming a Find A Band Agent.  Using this Website indicates that you accept these Terms.  If you do not accept these Terms, do not sign up as a Find A Band agent.

1. When registering to become a Find A Band agent you may be asked to prove that you are over the age of 18.
2. Anyone registering must fill out an application form.
3. References may be requested before confirming an agent.
4. We are within our rights to terminate a contract if we are made aware of any misconduct or malpractice of that of an agent.
5. FindaBand.ie may review any agents progress throughout the year if deemed necessary.
6. It is the agents responsibility to ensure the bands they refer use their reference code card if they wish to receive their commission. Agents will only be entitled to a commission if their reference code is used.
7. The €150 registration fee is a one off; we will supply you with top up packs free of charge when requested.
8. In regards to section 7 of these T&C’s, if the number of top up packs being requested outweighs the number of bands being brought in by a considerable amount, then we will review the progress of the agent.
9. Commission will be issued on an end of month basis to each agents account by electronic transfer.
10. For an agent to be “Active” and be eligible for the commission at the end of a month, they must recruit an average of 10 bands per months over a 6 month period.
11. The Find A Band email address that will be issued to agents may only be used for Find A Band business. It may not be used as a personal email account. Find A Band business may include receiving emails from the Find A Band team, contacting bands etc the Find A Band email address may be accesses by Findaband staff at any stage.
12. In the event of an agents contract being terminated for misconduct we reserve the right to withhold monies.
13. If you wish to cancel your agent account for any other reason we will return the commission that you are due.
14. Each reference code applies to one individual agent.
15. If you would like to register a venue a reference code will be issued to the venue.
16. FindaBand.ie has the right to review and change any of these terms and conditions at any point in time. Any changes to the terms & conditions will be clearly posted on our website and in your agent control panel news updates.
