FAB Wedding Music Competition Competition Time ... Win, Win, Win...

What you stand to win...

Very simply, we will pay €2500 towards the music for your wedding!! We know how important the music is at your wedding - fab church music, easy listening reception quartet, rocking wedding band and the cool dj (swanky wedding) make up the ingredients for a great day out so we will provide you with the funds to square away that part of your big day and it would be our pleasure to do so (provided we get an invite ... afters would be fine).

What you have to do ...

1: You have to be getting married .. don't make us check this because that would be silly!! Competition will run until the end of July so entrants wedding date must be after the 31st July 2010

2: You have to be a signed up FAB member - don't freak out - its free and you will be entered in to a monthly draw to win some FAB prizes (donated by our very generous advertising partners - I have to say that!)

3: How the competition works ... You need to upload a video (with at least both members of happy couple, but there is no limit on extras - no professionals allowed unless very well disguised). The video has to be a clear description or depiction of how you met, how your relationship developed and you both got to this blissful point in your lives. Simple! Roll plays encouraged, no nudity allowed, the judges decision is final and entertainment is the name of the game!!

4: Any acts we are contributing towards for your big day need to be registered acts on Findaband.ie So if you have your music booked and you still would like us to pay for it have your selected musicians sign up before the closing date for entries: 30th June 2010. Again don't worry we will supply you with a code that your acts can use to sign up for free for the first year...

How we'll judge ...

Once we have all the entries we, the FAB team, will shortlist the 10 best entries marked on romantic level, entertainment value, originality, production quality and a range of other metrics one of which will be the giggle factor.

Once we have the short list announced and all parties notified we will post the 10 finalists on the website for the online vote - voting can only be carried out by registered FAB members - one vote per member ... and yes you can vote for yourself!!

 

Voting will run for three weeks and results can be viewed in real time. Voting will be closed ay midnight on 31st July 2010
