Registering with Findaband is the easiest way to get your band recognised all over Ireland. You may say to yourself that this is not necessary - but the searches users will doe will be localized searches. If a user is looking for a Wedding band in Cork then we will present them with wedding bands that service the Cork area. We provide you with the one stop shop to creating a band profile that will entice people to come see you play and ultimately book you for a gig. We are using up to date online and offline marketing techniques to advertise our website and as a result your band to the Irish community. All you have to do is create a profile...let us do the rest. Once you are up and running you can easily see the traffic and the click throughs your profile is getting.

For Users....

Organising music for any event can be a time consuming activity. Findaband.ie is a music directory with a very easy to use search engine. It allows you to short list the type of band you want, within the price range suited to your budget in a few easy clicks. The profile that we supply the bands with enables you to see the bands and listen to some demos of their music. If you like what you see and hear you can use the details supplied to contact the band and arrange a meeting. As we are not an agency you will be dealing directly with the band, so no cost is incurred for using our service.

For people managing music venues, Findaband.ie is a great way to source upcoming acts or bands within you area. Each band profile also has a gig listing so it makes it easy to see at a glance if they are available on your requested date.

2. Do you book bands?

No, we do not book bands. Getting in contact with a band and booking a gig is up to you. Findaband.ie is a music directory; we do not act as a booking agent which in turn means you do not have to pay us a fee for searching our directory.

3. Do you take a booking fee?

No, Findaband.ie is a music directory. We do not book bands on behalf of people and we do not require a fee for our service.

4. How do I get in contact with a band?

All contact details will be on the bands profile page. You can choose to call them directly or contact them through email. We do not take responsibility if they have supplied incorrect details; it is up to the band to maintain their profile.

5. How early do I need to book?

We would recommend that you book the artist you want at least 6-12 months in advance, especially if the event is on a weekend. In order to do this you will need to contact the band directly.

6. What do you offer bands for registering with you?

If you would like to register your band with Findaband.ie we have a number of packages available to you ranging from a bronze listing to a platinum listing. See our “How much it costs” page for a full price listing. All packages will offer bands with a profile outlining their band name, description of the band, contact details, the genres they cover, an event calendar and their location, their area covered and their price range. It is then up to you as to which package you think suits your band's needs. By making your profile as appealing as possible it will heighten your chances of getting requested for more gigs. Once you register with Findaband.ie you will be given a user name and password. This allows you to manage your profile and monitor how often your band's page is being viewed by people.

7. Can I register using a credit card?

Yes, we have an account with PayPal, which is a very secure method of transfering money online. When you have decided what package you would like you can pay online using your credit card. See our SIGN ME UP page for more details.

8. Can I switch my package at any time?

Yes, all you need to do is log in to your band control panel. If your membership is due for renewal you can choose to renew your current package or choose a package that you would like to upgrade/downgrade to. If you want to upgrade your package before your membership has expired you can contact us at accounts@findaband.ie. Findaband accepts the right not to provide a refund once fees have been paid.
