    1. Each registration is for a single user or band only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

    3. Findaband.ie is not a booking agent. We take no responsibility if the band you are interested in is not available on the required date. We merely aim to provide a directory service to aid you in finding an entertainer for your event. It will be up to the individual to ensure the band they are booking is up to their expectations.
    4. Once a membership fee has been paid we reserve the right not to provide a refund in the case of a band wanting to change their membership package.
  7. LIABILITY

Without prejudice to the foregoing, we may seek provisional or protective relief in the courts of another State prior to, during or after any substantive proceedings have been instituted in Ireland and we may bring enforcement proceedings in another state on foot of an Irish judgement.
